I am just going to attach a letter I wrote to corporate on behalf of Embassy Suites in Brunswick. I am more than impressed with the level of service we received and the genuine feelings that were expressed. I would recommend this hotel for any reason, function or just play. You won't find a better staff to make your stay enjoyable. Please read the letter below that I wrote to corporate.
Recently my brother and I had to travel to Brunswick GA due to our eldest brother’s failing health. We stayed at your Embassy Suites property. I am writing this letter to express to you how impressed we both were with the quality of service we received during our stay. We stayed for two weeks and during this time we had the opportunity to speak to and get to know your staff. During these conversations, they learned the situation we were in and took a genuine interest in our welfare. My brother passed away on August 5th. Upon returning to the hotel the outpouring of kindness was overwhelming. Before and after my brother’s death, the associates at the property did everything they could to give us anything and everything we needed including emotional support. On August 6th my brother and I were presented with a Sympathy card signed by your staff which included a collection they had taken up to assist with our expenses. They did this on their own and gave from their own hearts. I can’t even begin to tell you what that meant to us. My wife has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and we have stayed in many hotels; all over the world and never received the level of service nor the genuine feelings that was provided and expressed by the associates we dealt with. Hotel is top of the line and is getting better due to renovations which have made the rooms very comfortable and appealing. They are keeping up the Hilton quality name. The management is doing something right as they have instilled the customer service and pride in all the employees from the front desk to the custodial staff - they are great. Have booked conferences there and there has been no glitches at all. Recommend this hotel for individual or large groups. Tripadvisor.com User

We stop at the Embassy Suites in Brunswick on our way back and forth to Orlando every year. Very easy to get to off of I95. Our kids love this stop on our trip. The hotel is very nice and have glass elevators which are hits with our boys. Rooms are nice and roomy enough for our family of five. Their breakfast buffet is wonderful and hearty enough to get us on the road without needing to get lunch along the way. It's attached to a mall with a movie theater, food court, Ruby Tuesday's and a Dollar Store which is always a plus if there's down time. Arrive early enough in the evening to enjoy the free Happy Hour & get Shirley Temples for the kids, too! Travel.Yahoo.com

Although didn't take advantage, the hotel was attached to a mall which was nice for some people. This hotel made me feel comfortable: I love the atmosphere at embassy suites. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I stayed here on Memorial Day weekend. I made a very good choice by picking this hotel. Even though there are no pictures of the room, it was very nice and homey and I was really impressed with all the amenities. Free bar from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. The hotel was in a great location, connected to the mall. That was a different experience. I will definetly stay here again if I am ever in the area.

My wife and I recently stayed in the Embassy Suites Hotel in Brunswick, Georgia and were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The inside view of the hotel is aesthetically pleasing,...not just hallways with doors. We stayed in a suite which had more than ample room and the kingsize bed was extremely comfortable. There were two TV's in the suite (for separate viewing, if you have children along) and two vanities. There was also a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Each morning we were able to enjoy a delicious hot breakfast of eggs, bacon, grits, hash browns, toast,...you name it. It was not simply a cold breakfast like that found at other hotels. It also was one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in, despite the hotel being almost full when we visited. Overall, a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel for those wishing to have a nice place to stay in the Brunswick, Georgia area, at a very resonable price. We will definitely visit this hotel again in the future.

Visitors are welcome to climb the 129 steps leading to the top of the St. Simons Lighthouse.
